Likes: He enjoys good battles, long hours of training, and encourages that people spar regularly to release pent up energy. Swimming, diving, splashing, bath houses, or anything water-esque he LOVES. (obviously). He likes his 'authority' over others, and power as a matter of fact.

Dislikes: He hates anything meat related, whether it be fish or otherwise. He hates cocky people, or those who boast themselves stronger than him. And he has little patience for anyone who be-littles women.

Personality: A collected and sharp one, Kai rarely misses a beat and generally knows exactly whats going on and where. And if he doesn't, then you bet he's gonna find out. He's not power hungry, but does enjoy the authority he has over most, usually using it to his advantage. Authority doesn't mean he thinks himself higher or more important, he just likes that he can boss people around sometimes. Prove to him that you're worthy of respect and he'll definitely show himself to be less obnoxious and bossy.

History: As a young Kyogre, he had a small but close family. Raised in Gale Springs to be a proper water pokemon, he was spared the role of guardian as he had an older cousin to take that spot. For years his cousin worked hard keeping peace in Gale Springs, while Kai was instead brought up to be a fighter. Kyogres are powerful pokemon, and being a bit of a stubborn prick, fighting seemed to be something built just for him. He was trained by many water pokemon masters, never quite reaching their level as experience always gave them the upper hand. But he accepted this and trained. And trained. And trained.
But one faithful day, a messenger came to his family's door, in-forming them that his admirable cousin had vanished without a word. People were searching, they reassured him, but alas, the other Kyogre was never found or heard of. Now, almost 2 years after the disappearance, Kai has been called in to fill his cousin's shoes. However, the nature of a warrior placed him in Scorched Mountain, where he would easily be able to manage any roudy pokemon or attacks seeing as he had a type advantage over a vast population.

o. He's a male, despite Kyogres not really having genders.
o. He excels in several martial arts, but relies most heavily on Hydro Pump and Aqua Ring to win.
o. He will actively pick fights to help both him and his adversary blow of steam.
